Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm (PKT) on a working day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times and charges

• Major cities: 2–3 working days.
• Other locations within Pakistan: 3–5 working days.
• Flat shipping fee: $4.99.
• Free shipping on all orders over $49.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our studio you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready; couriers may not carry change.

Failed or delayed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier backlogs are outside our control, but we will always help you chase a late parcel.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@babieswear.online within two hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before dispatch.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take a photo before opening it and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.

International orders

We currently ship within Pakistan only. For international enquiries, email hello@babieswear.online and we will let you know when we expand.
