These terms govern your use of the Babies Wear website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms.

Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including colours, fabrics and measurements. Screen colours can vary slightly from the actual garment. Sizes are guides based on average measurements for each age.

Orders and acceptance

• An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send dispatch confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraud. Any payment taken will be refunded in full.
• Please check your delivery address carefully; we cannot redirect dispatched parcels.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. We accept cards, bank transfer and cash on delivery within Pakistan.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Your return and exchange rights are described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, photographs, logos and text — belongs to Babies Wear and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content in bulk, or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Safety note

For your child's safety, please remove all packaging, tags and pins before wear, and follow the care instructions on the garment label.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
